Sheet Board

Cardboard sheeting is available in both single and double walled constructions, depending on your preferred method of storage and shipping. Almost any size and variation of board grade are available to order, with a usual minimum order qty of 200square metres for bespoke jobs. Great for wrapping product, interleaving or using and a top/bottom pallet layer pad.
Common flute sizes Board grade explanation

Corrugated board has five common sizes of fluting, ‘A’, ‘B’,’C’, ‘E’ and ‘F’. The letter designation refers to the order they were invented, not their relative size.

A= 5mm fluting
C = 4mm fluting
B = 3mm fluting
E = 2mm fluting
F = 1mm fluting

Double wall cartons can use combinations of flute sizes. 

Using a simple short description that defines the board grade of a box. For example: 125K/B/125T.

125K = Outer Paper Liner (125K Kraft Lining)
B = Inner Fluting (B Fluting)
125T = Inner Paper Lining (125 Test Lining)
